3 Step routine
CLEANSE - CONDITION- STYLE
STEP 1: CLEANSE
This shampoo contains sulfates and removes all build-up. You can use this shampoo as a final wash. But you can also use this shampoo in between if you feel that build-up has occurred or if you have dyed your hair non CG. I use this shampoo once a month. I feel like my hair and scalp really needs sulphates from time to time.
For a weekly wash you can use the Double the Clay.
STEP 2: CONDITION
Pretty Curly Girl does not yet have a rinse or conditioner or a deep conditioner. Soon available.
STEP 3: STYLING
Extra Loving Leave-in conditioner & Magical Flaxseed Gel
Always style on wet hair. Apply a little amount of the leave-in conditioner and comb your hair so that the products is distributed. A little bit of leave-in is enough. Then apply the Magical Flaxseed Gel (still on wet hair).
DO NOT TOUCH YOUR HAIR WHEN IT IS WET!
Air-dry or diffuse both are allowed, as long as you let your hair dry well.
When your hair is dry, you can scrunch the gel cast, the so-called SOTC method (scrunch out the crunch). You can do this with a little bit serum or without product and use a microfiber towel.
There are 2 serums: the Bye Bye Frizz Serum and the Happy Hair Growth Serum
The Bye Bye Frizz Serum is lubricant inspired and is super anti-frizz. This serum has no active conditioning ingredients. You use this serum for the SOTC method, or the next day for the refresh or in between to be frizz free ( also handy to have it with you in your bag).
The Happy Hair Growth serum is also super anti-frizz and this serum also has active nourishing and conditioning ingredients. This serum is multi-functional:
- For the sotc method;
- The following day to refresh;
- In between to for the frizz (handy to always have it in your bag).
- As a pre-poo: before washing, massage on your scalp and hair and then rinse;
- As a deep conditioner: leave in your hair for 15 minutes and then wash out.
As an anti-frizz you only have to use 1 of the serums, so not both at the same time. Alternate them.
Very important that you experiment to learn what makes your hair happy.
